If you're having problems with your PC, you can try to refresh, reset or restore it. This in effect is a clean installation of Windows 10 to your Device, Activation must have happened previously before carrying out 'Reset this PC' and when you reset it will be Activated again.

Refreshing your PC reinstalls Windows, 'Reset this PC' allows you to keep all your files and settings and install Windows fresh or to completely clean the system and install Windows 10 as new, this video explains using the later option to completely reset and refresh your PC and assumes that you have a backup of any personal files, documents, pictures and music before hand, otherwise you would follow this same procedure but choosing to KEEP YOUR FILES.
