Odoo Apps - Supply Approvals | Odoo 15
1. Key features of "Supply Approvals"
Allows employees to create procurement approval requests for one or many products with:
The desired quantity;
For the preferred warehouse;
On the desired date;
Managers can approve or refuse the requests.
Before the approval, if the product is not a service, managers can select a preferred route for it or leave it blank to use the default route.
Once approved:
For the non-service products: the system will auto-select the most suitable route to supply for the request such as creating stock transfers from multiple warehouses, creating manufacturing orders, suggest a draft purchase order.
For the services: the system will create a purchase order for them.
