Atlassian employees can spend five days every year volunteering for causes they care about.
Software engineer Daniel Mastrorillo is using his time and talent to help families affected by birth trauma, by volunteering for the Australasian Birth Trauma Association (ABTA).
One in three women in Australia identifies their birth as traumatic but it’s an issue that’s underresearched and underfunded. The CEO of ABTA, Amy Dawes, has described Daniel’s support as “phenomenal”.
