By the price of a new RF 24-240mm, you could find these 2 EF lenses in the used market, the 24-70mm f4 with IS and the 70-200mm f2.8, and a third-party manufacture adapter from the EF lens to RF mount. If you are like me, just got a new full-frame mirrorless Canon and the new lens are way too expensive… You have 2 choices; a second-hand Canon EF lens, with an adapter, way much cheaper, or just one lens to do it all, the 24-240mm.
