We start with oscilloscope DC vertical gain accuracy and the lack of an AC accuracy specification. Combining that with the scope's frequency response you can get a good picture of overall accuracy.
3:40
Oscilloscope channel-to-channel isolation - when you provide a stimulus on one channel, what happens on the other channels?
Offset range - how far up and down can you move signals?
4:00
Mixed signal oscilloscope's digital channel specifications
Bandwidth isn't specified for digital channels. Instead, the toggle rate is specified in seconds.

Horizontal specs
Timebase accuracy - is a warranted spec in ppm. As electronics age they start to become less accurate.
timebase delay range - how far can you horizontally offset a signal? If you're trying to collect more than 500s of data, you'll need to go with an external trigger in to trigger your oscilloscope.
delta time accuracy using cursors - a combination of lots of different accuracy factor.
Oscilloscope acquisition modes - Normal, High Res, Averaging, XY mode.
People don't use XY mode very often, but people who do are very passionate about it.
