A slow week until Putin surprised everyone with his starting-as-soon-as-I-finish-my-speech Easter ceasefire, so that'll be the main story, but we gotta talk about Russia's new friends/kinda-not-enemies/at least not terrorists anymore, the Taliban + a fairly large corruption scandal (would it be a week in Russia without one?) and the usual odd and ends and typical absurdity
