Froothie Evolve | Easy Nutritious Potato Soup Recipe | Best Blender 2020

Ingredients:
1 carrot
100g celery
400g potatoes
50g leeks (green part)
500ml water
1teaspoon salt
1 onion
50g leeks (white part)
20g butter
2 vegetable stock cubes
100g fresh cream or non-dairy alternative
Pepper
Method:
Finely dice the carrot, celery, leeks and 100g potatoes and add them to the steaming basket.
Fill the cooking jug with 500 ml of water and 1 teaspoon salt, add the steaming basket and select the steaming preset function. Steam for 15 minutes.
Remove the steaming basket, fill the steaming water into a jug and set both aside for later.
Add the onion and white leeks to the jug and give them a quick pulse. Put in the butter and cook for 2 minutes to soften the onion and leeks.
Top up the steaming water to 600ml, add the stock cubes and pour it back into the jug followed by the remaining potatoes (roughly chopped). Select the soup function and cook for 20 minutes.
Pour in the fresh cream, add the pepper and steamed vegetables back into the jug and heat for another 2 minutes. Make sure not to blend it by accident.
