1 mother artichoke
600 g round aubergine
100 g red pepper
100 g yellow pepper
100 g courgette
150 g Tropea onion
2 cloves of garlic
parsley as needed
200ml extra virgin olive oil
1 whole egg
100 g soft cheese
4 ladles of vegetable broth
50 g breadcrumbs
salt and pepper to taste
400 gr mixed minced meat (200 gr minced veal and 200 gr minced pork)
