(ETA: This was a silly little dance-animation demo of a flexible tail I made for my personal avatar in Second Life in 2006, shortly after flex prim support was introduced. I came up with the idea to combine multiple primitives with the same position and flex settings but different shape settings, then carefully set up alpha textures on them to give the appearance of one seamless flexible mesh. I later made a more advanced, customizable version of the tail that was available for sale in-world for many years after.)
