Let's start the week with a new full-body workout for the little ones!!

This super quick, yet effective routine, will help your kids exercise their bodies at home. It'll take only 10 minutes to perform a complete workout that targets the principal muscles groups of the body, burning excess fat and strengthening their little bodies. This routine will be a combination of basic exercises that will prepare the body for more challenging movements, followed by compound exercises that engage more muscles at a time.
