Someone recently asked me how easy it is to change the motherboard in their existing PC build, and after thinking about it, my answer is... meh. That's because it IS unfortunately quite time consuming to change the motherboard. That's because you need to remove all the PSU power cables, the CPU cooler, CPU, RAM, any NVMe drives and more.
So while you're not completely starting from scratch, it's close. I discuss everything you need to know in this video.
