You'll need
6 chicken drumsticks
4 potatoes
2 green peppers
1 red pepper
5 cherry tomatoes
10-12 shallots
To marinate;
60 ml oil
1 teaspoon tomato paste
2 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon thyme
For the sauce;
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1 cup water
1 cup = 200 ml
