Windows 11 hyper v quick create can quickly create several different VM's in Hyper-v on Windows 11.
Windows 11 Pro developer preview has hyper-v built in, you just have to enable it. Although hyper v on Windows 11 pro developer preview is a beta release, hyper-v seems pretty stable so far and it's so easy to install various versions of Ubuntu into a VM with a couple of clicks.
