Conan Exiles ISLE of SIPTAH New Weapons and Armors New Scrolls from the TOWER How To get them
In the new 2.3 update, we spend 100 fragments of power inside the Tower on the Isle of Siptah to get the new scrolls to learn our new weapons and armors. We learn some very interesting weapons and great armor recipes from these new scrolls, which can now be exchanged for by collecting and using the fragments of power inside the updated tower. The updated tower is similar to the Archivist room in the Exiled lands now.
