How to train like an NFL star
Have you ever wondered what life is like for an NFL star?
As the 2024 season kicks off stateside, a group of American football "rookies" - including The Independent's own reporter Oliver Browning - were put through their paces.
Leading the training session was Phoebe Schecter, the first female British coach in the NFL.
She challenged the rookies to take on running, catching and passing drills designed to mimic those of the NFL Combine, giving the group a taste of what life is like as a professional footballer.
