A 15-minute total body exercise at home for kids!!
This new workout will certainly challenge your kids' stamina! They'll have to work the entire body to burn unwanted fat and to strengthen all their muscles. The routine features some stretching and fast-paced cardio exercises to increase the heart rate, followed by basic exercises for the legs and thighs, and functional exercises for the arms, back, and chest. The last set will challenge the abs with some fun routines and a nice stretch, to relax the muscles that have been worked!
