How to Cut Paper Strips:

Materials:

300 gsm card stock
quilling slotted tool, I also used a slotted toothpick
scissors
white glue (I use the brand called BIC), double-sided tape
3 mm paper strips (Etsy: https://tidd.ly/34xTqti)
5 mm paper strip for the flame of the candle
2.5 x 5 cm paper to make the candle and pen / paintbrush to shape the candle
white paint marker
