How Blade Is OP Without Power Creeping The Game | Honkai: Star Rail
With Version 1.2 update being released we now have access to our first widely accessible 5 star Destruction character: Blade, who revolves around sacrificing his own HP to inflict heavy damage. I wanted to go through his kit's design and how I think it's a great way to make another DPS unit on par with Seele without power creeping the game.
