How to Install the Latest TensorFlow Keras with a GPU without CONDA

In this video, I show how to install the latest version of TensorFlow with full GPU support. Though CONDA allows this install with much fewer steps, they are generally a few versions behind the latest. If you truly need the latest version of TensorFlow, these are the steps. An NVIDIA RTX A6000 is used to demonstrate the install.
