I spent New Years alone (hope I won't regret sharing this)
I spent the last day of 2024 alone - I guess there’s a first time for everything. It wasn’t exactly a celebration of New Year’s Eve, but looking back, I’m glad I gave myself the space to be with my thoughts, even if it took me to deeper, more emotional places than I expected. Sharing this is not easy, but I hope it resonates with those who might have felt the same - or close to. Whether you spent the evening alone by choice or not, or spent it in a way that felt right to you, just know—it’s okay to do what you need.
