Create a "user" in the same folder as your yuzu.exe. If you open up Yuzu the settings will now be inside the "use"r folder.
If you want to import the settings from the default folder go to C:\Users\"your user name"\AppData\Roaming\yuzu - copy the contents of this folder to the "user" folder.
