This has nothing to do with OWASP but spoofing a vhost (virtualhost) to connect a subdomain with an IP is clever in a case where someone is trying to obscure their IPv4 address.

It's basically a forced Internet-wide scan calling out a hostname (subdomain, domain, whatever). Post in comments what you think.
