If you are unable to see the files when connecting your HUAWEI P20 phone (Android) to a windows PC. If restarting the phone or using the original USB cable failed, try enabling the "USB debugging" option after enabling the phone's "developer option" under the phone SETTINGS -- SYSTEMS.
