New Elemental Mastery Fix Patch 1.4 - Genshin Impact
In this video, I want to point out the fixes from patch 1.4 for elemental mastery (EM). This fix is implemented to make the new bow, Elegy for the End better. The change was needed to make this bow viable and be able compete with other bows. This fix will not change the way I think about characters like Sucrose. I am sure they are still good even after the fix.
