Ragde Falcis has been working as a Chief Technology Officer to several companies while running a Software Development Company, Gorated Innovation Labs Inc.

Under his leadership at Gorated, he spearheaded the development of several marketplace type of apps such as Dentasked, an uber for Dental Booking Appointments, and Tripkada, an uber for Organized Trips. Before working with mobile apps, Gorated gained valuable experience in developing customized enterprise-level solutions such as HRMIS for the Department of Finance employees, Ticket Management System for Presidential Communication Group, and APEC MSME Marketplace for Department of Trade and Industry. In 2018, Gorated played a strategic role in launching the mobile app of McDonald's Philippines for online orders.

Armed with his experience in providing software to several organizations and institutions, Gorated is created its online store platform ChatGenie/Shappan that can be installed on Messenger, Viber, and GCash.
